Cancellation Policy

When you place an order with we process it with the utmost care.  We plan for the product as soon as we confirm everything with you and try our best to deliver everything you’ve requested down to the last detail.

We realize events occur that may cause you to no longer need your order fulfilled.  Cancellation is only possible within 24hrs after payment; otherwise not always possible.  Because we secure this product with various growers all over Kenya to ensure it is delivered on time

Shipping Returns

Our produce are fresh and we do not accept returns

Should the product you have purchased from is not what you ordered, damaged or defective, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method or re-supply fresh cut flowers. reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.

To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a photographic evidence and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. The staff member handling your request will advise on resupply for free or refund.


Approved disputes that are valid for a refund either full or partial are determined within 7-21 business days from the day the claim was lodged. Disputes are handled by senior management at Eagle-Link Flowers endeavors to ensure you don’t lose any value by replacing the damaged or poor quality flowers at no cost.

Note: Payment of a refund is the last resort

How can I get a refund through Wire Transfer?

We disburse refunds by Wire Transfer, you will receive the refund in your Bank account. You can transfer the money from here into your bank account. it takes 7-21 business days for the money to arrive.
